#SHE CHOSE HIM #SHE CHOSE DAN #what was wonderful about this is that earlier in the ep she told esty she just wanted to be happy #she was willing to do anything to be free of the marriage so she can be happy #this from the girl who said in 4x22 that she was willing to give up happiness for love #the same girl in 5x10 who said she doesn’t know how to be happy anymore #now all she wants is to be happy #because she finally realized she found someone who she can love and be happy with #she realized that love based on common interests and similar life goals does exist #and that love can be the type of love novels are written about #and dan is the man who she believes who can make her happy #she truly believes this with her heart and soul and mind #because dan didn’t even plead his case in the scene with chuck #he didn’t list down the reasons why she should be with him #he apologized and left #maybe believing that her happiness still lies with chuck #but blair went to him #SHE WENT TO HIM AND TOLD HIM SHE CHOSE HIM#even with chuck as an option she chose dan #she chose the pauper #it was beautiful#she chose him on her own free will with him not doing a thing to convince her to choose him #oh god #this ship is perfect
